To minimise wheel shimmy due to rough roads and oversize tyres, we offer a range of steering dampers, which may be available as an uprated unit that fits to the original vehicle mounting points, or a heavy-duty kit which use a larger cylinder and comes complete with mounting brackets. Some twin damper kits are also available for Toyota, Chevy and Dodge. Steering dampers for many US market vehicles are not shown in the following table - we may have these in stock or can always obtain them to special order.
